Our mission is to educate, empower, and enable rural and underprivileged communities to lead lives of dignity, self-reliance, and social participation.
We strive to build an inclusive society where everyone—especially the poor, women, elderly, and differently-abled—has equal access to opportunities for education, livelihood, and growth.

Through awareness, capacity building, and social action, Shama Vikas Samiti works to:

• Promote social justice and economic equality among rural populations.

• Strengthen the role of education as a tool for empowerment and progress.

• Ensure health, hygiene, and sanitation awareness for better community wellbeing.

• Empower women and youth through vocational training and skill development.

• Support and rehabilitate differently-abled persons, helping them live independently.

• Encourage participation of local communities in planning and development initiatives.

Our mission is to develop the rural poor as a self-reliant, aware, and organized force, capable of driving social and economic change at the grassroots level.

Our vision is to build a peaceful, progressive, and prosperous society in Bihar—a society founded on the principles of equality, fraternity, justice, and mutual cooperation.
We envision a Bihar where every citizen, regardless of caste, class, gender, or ability, can live with dignity, access education, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Through continuous efforts in social welfare and community empowerment, we aspire to create:
