At Shama Vikas Samiti, we believe that education is the foundation of empowerment. Our Educational Programme focuses on equipping youth and students with practical skills, language proficiency, and technological knowledge to prepare them for better career opportunities and personal growth.

Under this initiative, we offer the following programs:

1. Kushal Yuva Programme (KYP)
   The Kushal Yuva Programme provides skill development training for youth aged 15 to 25, enhancing their employability, vocational skills, and entrepreneurial potential. The programme aligns with the Bihar Skill Development Mission and aims to create a skilled, confident, and self-reliant workforce in the region.

2. Computer Training (DCA)
   Our Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) program equips students with essential IT skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet usage, and basic computer applications. This training ensures that participants are ready for modern workplace requirements and can leverage technology for personal and professional growth.

3. One Year Urdu Diploma Course (Supported by NCPUL, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India)
   Since the academic year 2007-08, Shama Vikas Samiti has been organizing a One Year Urdu Diploma Course with the support of the National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL). This program is dedicated to the promotion, development, and propagation of the Urdu language.

   Objective

   The main objective of the course is to enhance proficiency in Urdu, preserve the language, and promote its cultural and educational significance. The structured curriculum provides comprehensive resources for students, helping them gain strong reading, writing, and communication skills in Urdu.
